Oh Prison Break, how I’ve missed you. You didn’t think that you could just have my favorite fugitive break out of yet another prison, reveal that his one true love is actually alive, and add a host of awesome new characters to the show and not have me salivating over the season premiere, now did you? Lucky for me (and fans everywhere) that the wait is soon to be over. Prison Break returns on Monday, Labor Day, with a special 2 hour season premiere. Last year, FOX released the first 15 minutes of the season 3 premiere but wouldn’t even give us that much for season 4. Instead, they released 4 short clips from episode 4.1, "Scylla", but believe me, they tell enough of the story to keep fans happy for just a few more days.

Robert Knepper does not seem like a man you want to mess with. Not at all. As the veteran actor who plays the fan favorite T-Bag on Prison Break, Knepper has created a fully formed and unique television villain. Everything he says, every move he makes is worth watching on the screen. Knowing I would have to interview the man, along with the stunning Jodi Lynn O’Keefe, you could say I was a teensy bit intimidated. Robert Knepper…I had no idea what I was going to get. We’re just six days away from the two-hour season 4 premiere of Prison Break, and it’s hard not to be excited. Not only has it been six and a half months since the last new episode, but getting fans even more excited is the prospect of seeing Sarah Wayne Callies return, head in tact, as Dr. Sara Tancredi. The action may be what drives the story, but the emotional connection to the show is all about Sara and Michael’s difficult romance.
BuddyTV got to sit down with the stars at the center of this epic love affair, Wentworth Miller and Sarah Wayne Callies, to discuss the new season of Prison Break. There was so much great stuff that we needed to split the video interview in half, so next Monday before the premiere we’ll hear them discuss the action of season 4, but in part 1 of our exclusive video interview with the pair, we talked about the Michael/Sara romance and the difficulties that lie ahead for them.
‘Prison Break’ Exec Producer Answers Burning Questions

A week from tonight, Prison Break returns for its 4th season on FOX with a special 2 hour episode. In those 2 hours, the show will have a lot to explain from how the heck Sara is still alive to whose side Mahone is on to how T-Bag ends up on the other side of Sona’s prison walls. This week, TV Guide tried to give us some answers to questions we’ve been asking ourselves for years now. Each actor on Prison Break was given the opportunity to ask executive producer, Matt Olmstead, the one question that they most wanted answered. Not that Matt was going to give them totally straight answers but he revealed enough to satisfy them, and fans … for now.

Exclusive Interview: Dominic Purcell, from ‘Prison Break’

Prison Break is an anomaly. No one, not the cast members, not FOX, not the writers, expected the series to make it to a fourth season. Hell, I bet there weren’t too many people who thought a second season was possible. Prison Break has changed drastically from season to season, almost completely out of necessity. Each new season brings a whole new story structure. Even though Prison Break has been on for three seasons, it has felt like three entirely different series. Dominic Purcell, as Lincoln Burrows, has been a huge part of the show’s success. At the outset of season 4, he finds himself in Panama. We recently got the chance to sit down with Dominic at the FOX Fall press junket to pick his brain about Prison Break, and what we can expect from season 4.

We’re just a few short weeks away from the return of Prison Break, which hits FOX on Labor Day with a special 2 hour season premiere. Spoilers, leaked scripts, and revelations from the show’s stars have been pouring in on what seems like a daily basis. This week, E!’s Kristen Vietch visited the set of Prison Break and was thrilled to find her two favorite characters, Michael and Sara, sharing a smooch in a warehouse. As if that didn’t excite her enough, she sat down with the stars and got some feedback on everything from the return of Sarah Wayne Callies to the possibility of this being Prison Break’s last season.
